Personal Stuff

* Born in Evanston, IL in June of 1980 and raised on the North Shore of Chicago only a few blocks from Lake Michigan.

* Husband to Laura Nichole Tario… seriously my favorite person on the planet

* Father to Tyler Aiden Tario… seriously the cutest little man on the planet and ROCK STAR

* Father to Trinity Nichole Tario… seriously the cutest little girl on the planet

* Son to Michael John Tario and Teresa Hartnett Tario

I am fortunate enough to have 2 parents who love me with everything they’ve got. My mother is one of the most selfless, patient and strongest people walking today, having survived 3 bouts of cancer and put up with me for almost 30 years. My father is the embodiment of character and integrity and taught me my work ethic, my faith, my passion for people and the value in simply getting off your butt and making things happen. In truth, I would not be half the man I am today without their influence and love… in fact, I wouldn’t even be here ;)

* Twin Brother to Erin Michelle Tario

Erin has spent her entire professional life in Washington DC after graduating from Vanderbilt University.  Like her brother, she is prone to not just talk about building organizations that serve the community, but actually manifesting them into reality.  To this extent she was a co-founder of The Madison of Washington DC, a networking organization for women focused on throwing events that don’t suck, connecting their members with movers and shakers in DC, and raising money for charity.

* Nephew, Cousin and Grandson to a massive extended family of truly amazing and wonderful people.  Those playing around online doing interesting and cool things can be found within my blogroll on the homepage.  Check ‘em out!

* Grew up watching Michael Jordan and the Bulls take home 6 Championships in 8 years and would watch those seasons over and over again if they had a station that simply replayed every game non stop.

* The Cubs are the only sports team with the power to make me cry.
